In this meeting, we figure out a rough idea of budget, timeline, project scope and drink coffee. This consultation is absolutely free, so what are you waiting for?

After our meet up we take your info back to the drawing board and draft a quote or proposal. This is generally a description of the scope of work, timeline and a quote.

(Note: the quote sometimes needs to be adjusted if the scope of work changes in the following steps. Pretty straightforward: the scope of work changes, the budgets and timelines change. Easy.)

If you are ready to proceed with the project, simply accept the quote or advise amendments via email. All our projects are confirmed with an order confirmation deposit which is 50% of the total project fee. The remaining 50% is due on completion of project. 

Now the fun starts! We'll begin coordinating your project, coming up with a design plan, and presenting your project at different stages for you to review.

We always require the client (that’s you!) to approve the final proofs to make sure you’re not singing your name next to a typo or an spelling eror. (See, totally embarrassing right?)

This is where we prep everything we’ve created to be produced or finalised. Basically, the project comes to life and the process really starts to pay off. We will keep clients informed of the progress throughout this stage.

Once the project is completed, we will send you the final product and provide any necessary information associated.

Upon successful completion of the project the final 50% payment is due. At any point in the life of your project we are here and ready to help develop and maintain it further.
